Just a question, would it be possible to make a corm mash to run in a t500?

Ed, if you can mash corn then separate off clean wort and ferment that into a clean, clear beer you can run it in anything. Corn is a bitch, it's the messiest mash I've ever tried even using powdered enzymes to liquefy the mash but it ain't easy - doable but not easy ::)

I think I need to buy a pot for my t500 so I can run something other than sugar washes for whiskey production. :-)

Has anyone used flavorings from like bakery supply stores? They seem to be highly concentrated and are considerably cheaper.mainly to use for like berry brandies and schnapps .
