T500 safety cut off switch
Asked advise from an electrician re said switch.
he said due to the hot-cold-hot-cold nature of
the boiler this was failing and the plastic
becoming brittle. One of the riveted connections
was coming loose.
Would this be ok to adapt

Thankyou very much Ice, have ordered the two so have a
spare if anyone has problems .
In the mean time Anavrin have twisted those 2 wires
together and am standing in a bucket of water holding
the wires to test
Only jokin wifey wants me to she is checking my life
insurance policy as I type.

Yes I think the term is dry joint or something
like that. As my buddie said caused by hot cold
etc, its made the plastic bit go brittle.
