A Distiller's Christmas List
It's that time of the year that friends and family ask that question 'What would you like for Christmas?'
Not always an easy question to answer on the spot.
So I thought maybe we could have a list of suggestions of nice things to own that compliment this hobby of ours.
It doesn't have to be expensive stuff, maybe something you wouldn't normally buy, or something a little more extravagant than the basic optional you'd normally justify buying yourself.
I'll start with a very inexpensive idea at £4.99 but you might normally make do with a 99p version instead. It's my lovely Kilner stainless steel funnel with filter:

I'm not sure if it has the filter, but just in case anyone thinks a fiver is a bit steep for your present ... https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0056HV812/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AWXNW7LA288EQ

I think that's the jar funnel Curmudgeon.
I use one for my chutneys. Great for filling jars but too wide for bottles.

I do need a metal funnel. I currently use a plastic one and hope it' OK a bit like food that has been on the floor for less than 5 seconds

What about gift vouchers from brew shops on the web ??
That way you can add to the voucher for whatever you want.
