Fireball Vodka
Thought I'd share something I've been experimenting with..
1 litre 45% neutral
100g sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Apple food flavouring
First let the cinnamon stick soak for at least three weeks in the neutral, the colour will bleed out nicely and will get progressively stronger tasting if you want it hot use two sticks. Next add the apple food flavouring to taste (I used about a pepet and a half but taste as you go) finally add the sugar and turn until dissolved.
This recipe is quite subtle but very drinkable as I said taste as you go and you can't go wrong
