Printed this label for an old jim beam bottle to hold my whisky i know its spelt american but adds to the look. When I finish building my bar in the garden should look good on the shelf.

Reference to blind and alcohol on the same label. Not a well thought out move.

You may not be aware RJ, being away from Blighty for so long now, that the Peaky Blinders bit of that label is a heads up to a recent TV programme in the UK.
The Peaky Blinders being your basic thieving, union twisting, moon shining, UK equivalent "Family" of the best that Chicago offered during the prohibition.
The TV programme seems to have been popular.

@EasyD. I do miss out on a lot here - but generally find it doesnt matter. However, I have heard of that show and supposedly its good. I will try and get hold of a copy.

I wonder how many people on here know what "blinders" are.

A very good show i just assumed the peaky blinders got called that as they used a razor blade in their caps to slash the eyes of the victims.of is it connected to the guys that dug the mines to blow up german trenches.

I have licked a lot of that in my time.
I will leave the old joke of smelling like fish and tasting of chicken.
Try this :)
