Essencia Carbon Filter - Changing the filter
I have an Essencia Filter. I was getting the alcohol out of the bottom resouvour and stupidly put the inner resouvour on a container to drain. Anyway, it fell, and the ceramic filter broke, and there was charcoal everywhere.
Can I replace the ceramic filter and the bottom filter, or is the whole thing broken?
I would appreciate some advice, as I am in the middle of distilling and filtering. Thanks.

Essencia Carbon Filter - Changing the filter
Hi Jennifer
The Ceramic filter and the bottom carbon filter are both avaliable from

No the whole thing is not broken.
Both filters you have broken are meant to be replaced anyway.
The carbon after 10 gallons and the ceramic after 50 gallons.
You are supposed to leave some spirit in the bottom reservoir below the tap level.
