Hi Barnsley if you single run pot still wow and collect down to 45abv comming out of the still then dilute you total distillate down to 40 abv with wow then put on oak for a good few week, imho it makes a nice brandy.

This is reverse fortified WOW?

I think I might have come across this before with French apple Brandy made from cider.
