Boosting next wash

What do i save to boost next wash? Is it the heads or the leftover tails?

Would it hurt throwing the heads in too? Instead of a separate heads run?

I dont think it would hurt to throw in the heads, but I think better to collect the heads separately and carry out a heads run?
