Southern comfort
I got the SS alternative, but Im confused how to make it, as I assumed it was just add to alcohol, but it mentions sugar on the bottle.
But on the site, it doesnt mention that, does anyone have experience of this flavour, and how to make it?

Re: Southern comfort
Mixing Instructions; Make 30% alc/v Southern Haze by adding 280 ml of white granulated sugar to a jug and adding 2.1 litres of 32% alc/v filtered spirit. Mix well and add the essence. or if you want it stronger use 40% abv spirit to give you 38 % abv final product

Re: Southern comfort
This is how I always make it. I found that less sugar gets a nicer product.
Bourbon/Whiskey @ 30% 1000ml
SS Southern Haze 25 ml
Sugar ¼ cup
Vanilla Essence 2 drops
Orange Essence 2 drops
I use a non rye bourbon, 3YO, aged on charred oak.
Been doing it like this for years.
