Temperature Sensors
Well as several of you have suggested the t 500 temp sensors are not the best and my outlet one seems to have given up the ghost ( while cleaning not running)
Suppose it's under warranty so may ask for a new one but has anyone upgraded this set up and if so where did u get the kit from etc

Re: Temperature Sensors
In the range that brewers / distillers use there are two common types of Sensor and they are generally referred to as Type K or RT100.
The RT100 is the more accurate type and appears to be only slightly more expensive.
