Quick question. Just done a spirit run of rum
Do I need to let it air overnight as when making neutral?
Thank you

I would.
It will only be a bit of badness that escapes to the angels.
I often leave spirits airing for a week or more.
Try to think of it as a drink improved and not a loss of drink.

Robert.
There is no ONE way.

Asked and answered.

You will appreciate the benefits of letting it breath.

Thanks guys. It's still airing and I'm back to being excited as it smells like rum again.
I discarded 50ml
2x 100ml
500ml
Then 3 further 100ml jars
Off for more molasses this morning
