I hope I'm correct in understanding.
Using your guide
Discard 50ml as fores
Collect 250ml as definite heads
Collect 2 x 100ml as possibly heads
Then collect 1000ml in 250ml batches
Finally after the 1000ml collect separate
100ml lots until the output is 30%
Does this sound about right?
Sorry to be a pain in the arse
Answering questions is part of what we're here for so no need to apologise for asking
You're on track now
I always collect and recycle the Tails on the basis that my Hearts end at around 60%ABV which leaves a good bit of Ethanol still in the boiler and I can't see any good reason for wasting it when it's so easily recovered.
I always found that with the Airstill I'd get about 5lt of tails from a 25lt Spirit run. When diluted and added to the next stripping run I'd have enough for 8 stripping batches instead of the usual 6.
