Im just trying to try something new. Maybe if i get a stronger spirit with the flavor notes, then infusing with cider, juice, and cinnamon sticks after will make it that much better? Then i will have apple pie and leftover apple pie brandy that i can either keep clear or oak it

So i want to try this another way though. Like a few already know, i have a 2 gallon pot still. With that, i have configured 2 seperate half gallon mason jars as thump kegs. I went through 4 cycles, melting off about half each time. As I understand it, there is methanol in everything we make. It's just a matter of concentration. I made mine using sugar, so it shouldn't have as much.
