That reminds me ,I must put another box of cider out to drink,only 2 left will it last until may when the new batch will be ready,rack off some brandy for after dinner,and replenish my G & T ,another 10 mins gone

Just changed mine,it was a lock knife with a 5" blade used as a work /hunting knife for nearly 40 years now bined,the new one came from B & Q a 3" lock knife and a stanley knife in the other end

I was hoping it was a controler,its not worth the effort to make one just to read the water temp,will carry on taping the temp probe to the copper outlet pipe.It works and is cheap
