The water regulator is important, as someone running a tap or flushing the Looe will change the pressure and hence the flow. You can make one from bits off Amazon etc. Small pump, and a ball valve. There isn't much in it.

Thank you, I will give it a jolly good stirring and add more yeast I think. As the recipe uses dead yeast (and yeast is a cannable) I don't think it will hurt anything. The other bucket is still bubbling away very happily. It's weird lol xxx
