I got lazy for a while in my beer brewing, and have used a couple of these.
It can be difficult to pour, especially when cool/cold, and can get a bit messy. so if you can, bring indoors to warm up, then decant into smaller containers, I used 5 litre ex Tesco water bottles. means you only open it ...

the basic principle is your soaking (mashing) the grains in water at 66c, to get all the sweetness out, if the water is moving through the grain you should get better efficiency which gives a higher starting gravity. with the BIAB method, you use separate additions of water to wash the grain out ...
