From my archive, but corrected for a 25 kg grain batch.

13.6 kg barley malt,
3.4 kg oats,
8 kg barley - not malted.

That gives you a 86% barley and 54% malt, grain bill.

Personally I work with an average 64% malt, and more rye (currently 50%), in the mix, but that is just what I like.
