Odd topic list observation

There is a curious difference between the lists of topics shown depending on whether I am logged in or not. Logged in I see the Rum and Rhums topic, logged out it doesn't appear on the list. Hardly the end of the world as we know it, just one of those odd things.

Just had a look. This is a difference in how the list is created.

As a "guest" you have no privileges so get a bland /simple result from the database query.

As a known user you have a higher privilege and the software runs a different query, which returns different result from the database.

Will spotted that man.
