Gaza The Instructor

Post by gaza the instructor »

The gaza.
Need to write this as many of you see me as the fool.
Love it it's my humour!
Can I say as a devoted fan of this and other brewing/distilling
forums, I have gained my knowledge.
I am serious about what I drink, and always try to make the
best I can. If I won't drink it its bin.
I as am an ex racing driver(Pro) am not the sharpest tool on the
block. But I love Gin and Rum make my own and am very proud
of it.
I also make beer and cider, but mainly from kits(lovebrewing).
What I want to say is thank you to all the reg's not going to name
and wish all do as I do. Read, listen, take note its a free get out
of jail card.
I wish I was clever enough with my hands to make my own still,
bit like our Myles. So I use shop bought, and it's becoming very
very, very good by being patient and using our code.
Will not drink crap will not drive crap!!! My two moto's.
Have spent 15g on my den it@s my 2nd home. Completely
insulated ,climate controlled and all the creature comforts of
home, except one A LOO.

I am suspecting a Gin too many brought this post on.
Most of us have done something similar.
I am admiring that there was not a single spelling mistake.
I hope the head doesn't hurt tomorrow, if you are prone to hangovers. :)
I had one, nearly 40 years ago, it made me very excited to feel "normal".
But it only happened the once.

Nicely put. You know I don't see you that way at all, your sense humour is as sharp, entertaining and always makes me chuckle.
Keep up the good work.
If there's one thing I've learnt through this life is, we all have different ways, we will have different skills. Trick is to do what makes you & yours happy. But I will admit that Is not always the same thing :D
