WG I said rummaging around, not running around 😂, that was a week ago now so I'm up and about and ready to party, no dancing yet though. I was misdiagnosed and treated for osteoarthritis for months, had injections in my knee which made it worse. After an mri I was put on a waiting list. A few months later got offered an op date after someone cancelled. This was at a private hospital, what a difference from the NHS. I was sent to a private hospital in an attempt to get the massive waiting list down. In a private room with own bog, tv, free wifi etc, nice coffee on demand very nice 👌. Obviously paid for by the NHS, not happy about that but can't really complain plus I don't want a bollocking for talking politics 😜
Was chatting to the anesthesiologist pre op and told him I had a sore throat for two weeks cos of the thing put down your throat to keep the airway open in the last op I had. He said I could have a lumber puncture instead if I wanted so I went for that. Don't think that would be an NHS option 🤔

What sought of doggy to you have in your employ that can't read time or has an unreliable time piece?

I have run around holding an ignited petrol can in my hand, while running away from it! Absolutely true, I was Fecking quick, the flames separated from the vapour source fortunatly. When I sat down knackered, 200m from the fire, next to the can, reeking of the fuel, I took a deep breath and coughed. The nozzle of the can had melted. An education really,, of course that is when you appreciate liquid petrol does not burn. Vapourised/atomised petrol does. What's that little triangle we used to be told about, ignition source, oxygen, fuel.

Mash, back to basics eh! As I ventur towards my dotage I will be there.

That terminator quip at the very end made me chortle. Do the vermin ever get shot out of their run by the percusive force as if they were the spud in a spud gun.
Hope you're over the experience and your ears have stopped ringing Mash

It is a good bit of kit, a few modifications in and I am ready for another go.

Ear and eye protection are essential 😱

Well I have a piece of the Berlin Wall. I want a brick or tile from the Duma. It is about time.

I did along time ago in Prague Joke about this in a bar late one evening, I was told it would all be gone by the end of the century, that is Year 2000. As long it is gone and be in pieces before I have gone, all good.

Having a large Gin. I have avoided the news for a few weeks, not everything Shit eh?

I have been avoiding news until Prigozhin. Of all the things I expected him to do that wasn't it. Powerful move or just a peace March?

Today I slipped some black hi temp foam insulation over my gorgeous new column. It's a nice tight fit, she looks bleddy luurvely👌. It's not wierd to like touching your column, is it, only if it's someone else's, I think that might be against the law

Where are you Bob, that it is against the law?

I tend to have a liberal viewpoint regarding most issues, then it's against the law, and I don't.

You touch your column buddy, whatever rocks your boat. It us all gravy baby.

My column has had to put up with very second hand ali foil insulation for long enough so I thought I'd lash out on something more appropriate. The old foil can go on my boiler, a bit more won't do any harm :)

This week I had visitors staying, a couple of old mates plus a nephew and his yank wife and family but they were here just for the day. I put a few bottles out for them. The blokes tried cornflake whiskey first then I fed them some oaked voddie. They all decided that the oaked voddie was a nicer whiskey :D. They were very surprised when I told them it wasn't what they thought it was. I'm in two minds about boiling cornflakes anymore to be honest. It's so much easier to make voddie.
My last wheatbran mash fermented dry in 90 hours, cornflake mash takes twice as long and is much more expensive to make.

I only make neutral now BB and turn most of it to Gin. I made so much
Rum during lockdown I still have more than four gallons.

More that 4 gallons.. It will take some drinking.

I make neutral now and I think we both use the same recipe 😁
