Hi Moss

Wow that’s super low, I’m guessing your HDL must have been almost non existent?

Remember guys, Big Pharma are in business to make money, they want customers, not cures!

So true. Well done Still Dave. The pharma companies support ALL of the (any) media content we digest regarding these issues supporting the continuance of the pharma drug product usage.

Shall we put a conservative number on that content? At least 50% we are presented with to absorb, Absolute bollocks!

Look at the alternatives.

Yes! My eldest daughter came home after near 6 weeks in hospital. She has a illioostomy bag (called Shrek) because it is green a lot of the time, she doesn't have a 'bum hole' anymore (she told me that like she was a naughty infant - still high on anaesthetic). But she is home. My wife who had been with her all of the time in Hampshire is home too. The cat is having to give up his bed, but he does put up a fight every night.

So I am thankful. Thank you, you have kept me sane. Which is probably a very questionable reference regarding the members on this forum. But thanks.

Glad to hear your daughter is back home safely with you WG, it must have been a very worrying time for all concerned. I told my apothecary that I was eating one meal per day to lose weight and was soundly bollocked. She said if you don't start the day with brekky your body goes into starvation mode and you don't lose weight as well as eating regular meals with exercise. I reckon that might be true...for about 5 minutes. When your guts start growling your body definitely will be burning belly fat. I can't take advice about slimming from someone fatter than me either, especially my fat arsed doctor

No. Good news today.

I do not return to my day job until the 9th January!!! That's right, next year!!!

THATS RIGHT, Expect some off the wall, real object left field, not in or off your tree comments. I assume someone, a board administrator, will be be paying attention.

Please advise, I can put plum puddings in the microwave again. Last time ' Moss, was it?' Missed the ping. Damaged the Rum custard.......

Hey Welsh
I can sympathise with you. My daughter has gone through similar this year. She is 33 and was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer. She has two bags for life now and nothing left below. Bowel, bladder, ovaries all removed and like your daughter back passage stitched up for life. It was a torrid time but thankfully she is now cancer free and recovering well. Wish you and your daughter all the best. Have a great Christmas and New Year.

Thank you RM.

My daughter's cancer, (PNP), is still there. We cope with it. I read your message to my wife, again thank you for your thoughts.
We hope you and your family have a good Christmas and reasons to rejoice in the New Year.

I also refused Statins but I don’t avoid eating eggs or any other cholesterol containing foods!

You may not believe this at first but the “Diet Cholesterol Heart Hypothesis” is a complete fabrication that’s hoodwinked medical professionals and governments the world over.

I apologise if I’m about to send you down the rabbit hole but there has never been one single randomised controlled clinical trail that has proved a link between Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Cardiovascular Disease! Despite hundreds of millions of research dollars trying to prove that it does!

Check out the following books

The big fat surprise by Nina Teicholz

A Statin Free Life by Dr Aseem Malhotra

Finally one I’m reading this week which describes the real cause of atherosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries) that leads to heart attacks and strokes

The Clot Thickens by Malcolm Kendrick

All are available on Audiable, so if your like me and don’t have the time to read you can listen in the car or something.

Watch this YouTube video from an amarican cardiologist, he’s spot on

https://youtu.be/Yo-IL-LH5FQ

You’ll also find the book authors have a lot of YouTube content

Your going to wish you never asked 😂
Thank you.

"The clot thickens."
Bought, read and recommend.
Tbh a fantastic writer that makes a dry subject very readable.

Eggs are back on. Probably need to understand more about keto and my diet.

And you won't be surprised. I have bought some vitamins 🤣🤣

Cheers.

Gentlemen, we do not want the plot to 'thicken'. We want a clear low viscous path for any fluids (blood) to pass, (through the heart).

Gin is the answer. If not the answer, the cause, the remedy. It is astringent, Dry, stripping, mouth watering, evasculating, epherfescent (with tonic) and crystal cutting. I don't know how you dissolved into your current state, presumably the wrong solvents...Try Gin.....
