Aye it sure does Mash. And if you have the full distillers license you have to be able to account for every litre you produce or rectify. Thats when HMRC can visit your establishment at any time and check your records and they have to be precise. I think for the present I'll be staying with my Rectifiers License.

Hi Mash dont think a shed would quite cut it. At the full distillers license and being able to sell the local council also gets involved in visiting your premises for Health and Safety Standards to ensure we are not going to poison/kill someone. Its a real toughie.

I had to deal with our trading standards & the council EHO in a former business. You have my sympathy, the latter was a right tw@t.
