Just Gin. But, not any Gin.
My Gin.
Now 2 weeks since final distillation. Created with good nuetral, crystal clear, no odour, no taste. Then redistilled again. Proofing down for the AS, with fresh botanicals. Then proofed down again to 41%Abv.
With a slice of lemon, Grapefruit, a dash of Angostura bitters, ice and leaded tonic.
I must leave you now.........

Tonight I am drinking.
Gin. Not any Gin.
My Gin. Previously distilled, clear, clean, odour free.
Then redistilled again in the AS with fresh botanicals. Proofed down for the process and proofed down to 41%Abv.
50ml Mmmm, with a slice of lemon, a wedge of red grapefruit, ice and leaded tonic.
Got to go.........

I then thought how much might that cost?
The Gin is based on Henstone Dry Gin. Usually, what £6 for a double. The trim and tonic, £2. But I know because a friend has paid the price, £11 total.
Here, at my house in Ironbridge. I struggle to add up the costs and get to 50p.
I might have another, or few.
