The alligators have taken over the speedboats - what sort of hosting company are you dealing with here. I know IT guys are getting younger but they ought to be taught the difference between a right & delete before they let out of kindergarten

A backup is one of the simplest computing things that has to be done when running this or any website. Frequently not thought about until too late and the first thing I do before any task at all.
