I have been doing the "Couch to 5km".

50% of the way there - The couch bit was dead easy.
To Gin-finity and beyond !

I walk 1/2 a mile a day, just feeding the piggies 3 times.
Of course, the calories in the bacon sandwich needed to do this, equal those burnt off!
Who am I kidding?

Yes, I deliberately split the feed.
It gives them more highlights to the day than just trashing the field with one more new de-turfed area.
And it gives me more walking.
Mix it in with pottering with the veg, and eating the odd sample from the plant or the ground.
Stroking the once feral cat.
Life is Tickety-Boo.
Even under Scottish lockdown.
I may have finally outgrown Disco's! :lol:

Managed my self inflicted challenge yesterday, made the mistake of running after eating chilli, all I wanted to do during the run was throw up! Too busy today to add any more miles. Keeping my mouth shut for July!
