The Airstill is a fantastic machine for small scale Gin production, and
one that I use all the time.
I couldn't agree more. Its only a 300W heating element. Also it gives you the facility for small scale experimentation.
Go to The Oval or Twickenham Silverstone or an big spurting event and it
will cost you £8 a pint, happy spurting.
My brother went to a swanky do at The Hilton and it was £15 for a bottle of
Corona!!
The Victoria in Surbiton High St is £6.80 for a pint of Youngs Special.
Welsh, you made me laugh with the mention of ex miners hairstyle . I wonder why the Kim Jung Un hairstyle has become very popular recently . If I came out of a barbers looking like that I'd brick his window. Fashion victims are very entertaining tho I have to say. Most young females now walk around with what looks to me like slugs on their foreheads instead of eyebrows. Having said that my dad took the piss out of me for having long hair etc. It's all good fun eh
Yes all good fun, or avoid it / do not notice it. There is enough pain, trouble and strife being abserved/tolerated here without looking for more. Odd that no one has suggested/implemented removing 2 despots, Kim & Putin while they are together? That would I hope save others suffering more pain, trouble, and strife too eh?
Maybe sugar, tonic and fuel price would come down too?
Hairstyles? I have a bit of a malin streak going on, I believe I am looking more extinguished! Hasn't cost anything, I could bring it on a bit with bleach and black shoe polish?
Any way cost of living, I am slow, now I am swopping Gin for fresh bots from my Indian/Asian friends. I am still looking on LinkedIn for a Schweppes employee or similar profile with access to free product........
I stopped at Exeter Services on Thursday due to having a driving break, on route to Truro. As I drove out of the truck park past the fuel station I noticed both prices for derv & petrol.....182.9...182 per litre....I know that motorway services are a law onto themselves, but 30p more per litre than maybe a garage down the road??? come on someone please get a grip on this and do something....cost of living will become the cost of surviving soon.

That's why we have a few different Keyfuels cards. Guv gets his txt to say what the PPL will be for the next week and he tells us which card to use. Sure, sometimes you have to plan route a bit better so you can get in sites and under canopies, but it seems to work out ok (only juice in yard, is for puddle jumpers and forks)........

For a couple of years we had to use AS24, the European version of keyfuels.
The hours I have wasted vainly searching for their unmanned, remote fuel pumps. I rarely spent as much time searching for my drop!
A job change brought a DKV card, expensive, but accepted just about everywhere- it was rumoured that some of the Spanish ladies of the night would convert their “product” into litres and you could charge that too!
I worked on the opposite side of the continent mostly, so never had the opportunity or inclination to put this to the test!
Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

If it’s broken, it might be my fault, is my responsibility and there is even a slight chance I can fix it
We have our own derv & Adblue tank in the yard, so don't very often have to use cards out on the road. I did have to buy a 5 litre drum of Adblue the other week, I had no idea of the price....pick one up and went in to pay...£25 another rip off UK for what is a bottle of urine.

Ad Blue if you can, if you can't then it's £12.50 a day to drive it around here.
2015 Jaguar XF Estate owned by a mate is not ULEZ compliant and as a
result has halved in value in the last month. When bought by him new it was
nearly £50 K, now with 42000 miles it is worth less than £5K, but more than
the £2k offered in scrap (crap) scheme. He could not take advantage of this
Khan con though because he live 400 meters over the boarder in Surrey.
Try and work this out though, so do I live in Surrey?? They do at the end of my
road 250meters away but they are not in thee zone?? Not that any strangers
would know as all signs and cameras have been Bladed by the Bladerunners.
Cameras cut down and destroyed and signs covered in sticky foam or taken
down. Only one camera works and that is facing the fields at the W.of A.
