We could look around for a cheap alternative like Bullshit!! Or we can
stick to traditional methods and Botanicals. Anyway I prefer to have
my five a day in my meals. Pea Gin?? Yeughghgh.

Ok, it's pricey and maybe an unusual recipe but I find it quite an interesting thought!
Especially the bit about the level of impact fertilisers etc have.
If we can have electric cars why can't we have pea gin?!

Of course, there will be nay sayers.
I try to do my "green bit" , but am battling whole continents like China and India, who simply don't give a shit right now.
And the "civilised world" has a shortage of transporting petroleum products.
And all leading up to a showey COPS conference in Glasgow.

I was sharing mainly because it was in the forums
general home area...
Most any carbohydrate can be used to make neutral... several distilleries use alternative sources and put their sales spin to it.
I saw doughnut whiskey a few years ago. If you had tons of day old doughnuts why not put em to use..

Discovered that I can make a drinkable, if not special wine from the water used to cook beetroot!
