Can't wait..........

to run a batch of grog...
It's been an eventful few months, moving home yet again, 2 moves in 4 years not what we had planned. It's turned out the best for us though, a lovely 2-bed bungee in the Warwick countryside, this is why I've not been about much over that period.
When we decided to move all of my kit had to be packed and put into storage, a small wooden shed sits in the rear garden of our forever home, it has seen better days but the main problem is the only place I can stand when in there is in the ridge. I'm 6'2" and if I move one foot either way I finish up banging my noggin left, right & centre.
This shed has to go and be replaced by something more significant, so I purchased a 9x6 metal shed that was delivered last week. As it's larger than the old one I need to add a concrete strip down one side before I can start erecting the new still room. The old one already has power & light circuits so that's one job less, all I need now is a few more hours in a day, the fecking weather to brighten up and I can start taking the old one down.
Keep smiling.
Ice

Dare I ask why you are moving so soon?

Nice one Ice, it's good to have a clean sheet. While the weather improves you can plan it all out and be ready to spring into action. Hope you enjoy living in your new spot it sounds ace

The reason is we've been waiting for about 5 years for this bungalow to become vacant.....I am thinking of insulating it, it's just another job to add to the list

Me and mine, or she & him moving too, only a few miles to Ironbridge. 2 bed cottage, down sizing, time isn't it?
Glad you are managing, Mr & Mrs Ice I assume, you have been there thank you.
I will be arranging new man cave.
Talking about caves, sat in this lounge at 11.30am today, I was looking for a candle, which reminds me I need to relax the bow string.

Fucking typos, ooh, it got that! ReWAX the bow string!
We have the keys for new house!
We do not have to leave this house until 23rd August, so some time....
Packing now. I will move over with Pudds. He is my best friend, I need to know he is acclimatised to his new home. My wife and I, well we adjust. Our cat, my best friend. Critical.
Any advise please. Please.

Keep him in. Stay with him. Probably first month.
Take old litter tray. Don't clean it. Take the old litter. Ditto all his "stuff". His scent will quickly be in the new home.
You might want to over feed a little, full cats don't hunt for food. Make the new place seem better to him so he wants to be there.
