Mr Bates v the PO. Enlightening but not a surprise. Good dramatisation, I did think when I watched it how come Fujitsu allowed that to be aired without objection and proceedings. Now of course we know.

I have to admit, I enjoyed Oppenheimer. Not enough of the science in there, or testing but good. It portraits a lot of the politics which I was unaware of but good.
'Get the cry baby out of my office' comment, ....? Not sure. Could that be true? I can understand why, but true?
Einstein, yes, one character I have studied, he stepped back from the creation of the bomb after appreciating its terrible potential. He warned Oppenheimer repeatedly regarding it and his doom.
Good movie. A 2 night sitting I think, 178 minutes.

Found the "boxed sets" on Sky, so I can binge watch a whole set of entertaining series - very useful for when I get enough time to sit down for a bit of a watch......

I like watching a UK show that’s on TV here in Australia, it’s called “COME DINE WITH ME”.
Not sure if it’s done just for the show but it fascinates me how small the kittens and dining rooms are in all the houses.
Most of all, it’s the corny narrator that makes the show very funny…

Yes oor kitchens are small, land is at a premium here. Unlike Aus, where if you are admitted you can stake your claim.
Fucking English did that to us the Welsh. F*** em.
Admitted? Please do start that conversation.......

Good Telly - British shows I've watched in the past
included "The Avengers"
Emma Peel.jpg
more recently "Little Britain"
2026- is anyone watching "Slow Horses" on AppleTV?
A Gary Oldman series about a F*** ups section of MI5.
I have a habit of getting first month free of platforms like AppleTV, then binge watching before cancelling.
Then a few weeks later they usually offer another free month to come back.
Not British but also on AppleTV is "Shrinking" with Harrison Ford.
Dysfunctional psychiatrists in LA. Who could imagine?!?!

I may look at that.
I can recommend 'Under Salt Marsh' which reminds me of 'Hinterland' now a few years old but still current.

Yukon Men and The last Alaskans are both good series on Foxtel.
