ASDA, Apalling, Terrible Service.

I have been asked to advise others.
My friend Lucy shops at Asda, frequently arranging her weekly shop on line for her family.
Aparantly 4 weeks ago she ordered 80+ items from ASDA for delivery the Thursday before Christmas as her children would be at home to receive the delivery. Lucy reveived a text on the Wednesday to say delivery would be The Friday pm. On Friday she had a text to say delivery would be Saturday and that 31 of the 80+ items she ordered and paid for 3+ weeks previously would be unavailable or substituted for available alternatives.
Lucy went to Aldi and spent £90 on the items she required including all of the fresh vegetables, fruit and speciality Christmas dishes.
On Saturday at 1pm the ASDA order was delivered. Less a further 26 items which were then unavailable. Lucy then went to Tesco, spent a further £45 and found what she needed.
ASDA are still currently unable to refund Lucy for the items she has bought again from elsewhere.
Lucy has contracted Tourette's like my wife. F*** em! And tell your friends.
