Gin v Whisky.

I had a sad moment. In bed with wife, she crocheting, she asked me to count for her.

I thought I can trump that.

So I asked her to add up on her phone numbers that I called out. I was reading the views contained within the 'Gin' and 'Whisky' topics on this forum.

For your information......

Gin. 48,211 views.
Whisky. 62,117 views.

I now have a dead arm and not a lot of the quilt. Sad eh?

I would have thought gin would have won.
Can we have a recount 😁

Yes, yes, yes, yes, NO.

My bloody arm hurts.

However, I have not related this to time. Did the Whisky topic start off before the Gin one was requested? The heathens (administrators) who started the forum may only have been interested in Whisky topic. You can resolve that. Please advise.

Well it is on the go now.......

I do think you Whisky buffs are a bit dyed/died in the wool.

Time for a bottle exchange?

Ooo I do like the sound of that, might need a smidge on maple syrup, but that could be good.

Yes I think so. Is the gin thread not reasonably recent?

Ok. Whisky, December 2019.
Gin, January 2022.

We are now January 2024. I could extrapolate the numbers but I cannot be arsed. Gin far more popular than whisky within the course of time. Change the name of the forum can we?

Naw, carry on as we are, I am beginning to enjoy both.....

I need a good rum recipe. A Christmas present had turned my head.
