Using Yellow label yeast, which I think has enzymes built in you can turn rice into
Rice alcohol I will call it, then distil into something that would flatten Japan
quicker than one of Oppenhiemers toys.

Last time I was reading about this, is said that the "milk" vodka was actually produced from the whey produced during cheese making - which would otherwise be a waste product.
Dunno if the Black Cow vodka is the same? ..........

If you use Yellow Label yeast you don't need enzymes as I think they are in the yeast.
