Had a busy morning today. Don’t like to use the “C” word, but forward planning is necessary.

16 bottles of coconut rum & 3 bottles of toffee shots to add to the stock pile.

Whereas, I'm just doing a second spirit run to keep up my stock of neutral. I still need to get my T500 re-set up which would allow me to make it a bit quicker.

There's usually a bucket of wash fermenting or settling (I don't waste my money on finings or liquid carbon).

Which brand are those Moss ? cos they're not what I'd usually drink but your pic has got me wondering so I can give them a try (normally I only keep SS "Classic" range essences in stock).

Prestige buddy.

They are increasingly difficult to find, especially in quantity.
Chris at Swedish Connection https://www.swedishconnections.co.uk/ imported a couple of litres of Cocorum essence for me back in June.

You can buy the little glass bottles that are good for 750ml, but they are twice the price of bulk and I get through a lot - my extended family can’t get enough of the Toffee shots, made at 20% they go down really well.

Moss, I am so proud of you and envious of you. Wonderful.

When is the party?

Wonderful.

Nothing to be envious about my old fruit.
It’s all made at 20%, so my wash goes a very long way. Everything is clean and measured accurately. All spirit is carbon filtered and the important bit is that nothing is rushed.

This lot will be mostly distributed amongst close friends & family - given - never, ever sell, it could cost your liberty. People tend to appreciate good quality home made gifts.

The party will be a very quiet and personal job at my sisters on Christmas Day. I myself probably won’t have a drink until I am sat in the sun in the culture centre of Spain that is Benidorm, in the middle of next May.

Ok, that's excellent to know. Not fussed about "bulk" sizes ATM but know where to find the link if I decided I need bigger sizes - happy to just taste the small ones for the moment (was never a particular fan of "Malibu" or similar, but more than happy to give the cocorum one a try, even if it is just for a bit of a change)........

TVM for the info......
