Still Smarter

I was out scrumping yesterday for apples and found a couple of bonus plum trees. Its a little bit early for them but I took a few of the ripest for a pudding, found two conjoined plums that made me chortle, I think it's because I'm childish.

That's bullace, bullace that is. Those and damn damsons'es.

How many fingers hav you got there? I would get that checked out.

They look like bollocks though They don't taste like bullace they're sweet just like Victoria plums. I have no clue why you're inquiring how many fingers I have when you have a photo of my hand. Have you been drinking WG?

Victoria plum or Marjorie's Seedling, Victoria, Czar, and Blaisdon Red I would say...the tree has not been pruned or looked after for a while, is my quess so you only get small fruit...

Bullace are a deeper blue or purple....we had about 4 trees in the hedge near us at the last place and always did bullace wine, jam.

Of course I have. And yes, Ice is correct, they do look a bit red rather than blue, what have you been doing with them? Is that their intended size or are they a bit swollen? (Fruit not fingers).

Being Welsh we sometimes have a lesser amount of fingers, some English F******* cut them off.
