Oil in our kitchens is required and important.

Veg oil, sunflower oil, Olive oil. Any others?

I bartered a bottle of gin for this.....

Wonderful. Nutty, bright, temperature tolerant.

Good with balsamic vinegar, fresh bread, really good.

To make garlic mushrooms, good,

sausages in air fryer, good.

Sometimes sold in TKMax, check the date.

Sold any where between £3 -£14 for a 2 litre can.

Anyone else willing to suggest an alternative, look it up, I think it is good.

I have a big bottle (1.5L) of PONS Spanish olive oil. It’s absolutely beautiful stuff and perfect for dipping bread mixed with balsamic vinegar,

I don’t use it for everyday cooking because it’s more of a luxury. It is expensive at $165.00 a bottle.

Your Karyatis olive oil is not sold here in Australia.

I'm NOT very diligent but several years ago I TRIED to adopt a Carnivore - not diet..... WOE - Way Of Eating.
Bacon Eggs and Beef.
So eggs cooked in either bacon grease or butter.
Occasional steaks, mostly ground beef (mince?) occasionally grilled chicken or buffalo wings in the Air Fryer.
I've accumulated an ample supply of bacon grease, but rarely have use for it all.
Even on "cheat days" I try to avoid any processed oils. But that's just me.

I like dripping or Lard for cooking. Certainly makes better loaf.

Use oil for pickling /preserving.

You want a good olive oil for salad dressings :+1:
We're still working through the nice stuff brought back from holidays
