I bought some Juniper berries off fleabay, and they are semi dried ... like dryed and wrinkly on the outside but fairly soft on the inside and sticky.
Is this how they normally are ?

They will be fine mate. I bought a kilo over a year ago and keep them in a glass screw top jar. Still as good as the day I bought them.
