OK, It appears that some of you don't know how to add images to your posts.
It is quite simple and when we started, we agreed to allow very big image resolutions (If we run into space issues, we may have to get the hat out, but we are a long way from that yet!)
OK. Write your post, as you would - if you are
replying to a post, you need to use the full editor - the yellow arrow points to it in my first image. If you are writing a whole new post, you won't need to select the full editor.

At the place in your post that you want your image, click on
attachments as in image 2, then on
add files
image 2.JPG
You will then have a file explorer box open allowing you to find your image on your computer
pictures folder.JPG
Choose the image you want and then click
open The file will then upload to the board.

When the image is uploaded, click on
Place inline which should result in Robert strangely becoming your Mother's brother. ( I know nothing of Ernie)

These instructions are the process on a PC

Thanks for the walk-throu Moss. I am using a Macbook and I can only go as far as uploading the image, which appears as you demonstrated BUT it doesn't have a Place inline box as your example shows. I would upload a screenshot to show you BUT ....
I also don't get the Poll creation box either but that may be a privilege issue.

Bit difficult to advise as I don’t have a MacBook.
It functions fine from my iPad though.

Mash,
None of them post images on this board?
Moss, Tried from a pc, and exactly the same. The attachment box has a yellow triangle that when you click on it states :-
ERROR
Cannot add another attachment, 0 is the maximum.
I tried pdf, jpg and png files, all the same

Moss,
I don't have the option for creating a poll from the pc either! I'll try the ipad next! Never one to give up.

Test from ipad same result. Do I have to have a minimum no of posts to get the privileges enabled etc?
DC,

Create poll now working but I had to delete cookies before the option appeared.

Attachment 0 means there is no limit to the number of attachments to the post.
I didn’t purge the board’s cache after I made that change, and that will likely have an impact. I have now purged said cache

OK, just found this thread, and see why the poll thread was started.
Had the quickest of quick looks in the ACP, can't see anything that Moss may have missed,-(as if I would!).
Back to the Poll post, to do my bit for Queen, Country and Forum.
Robert.
