Ok let's have some fun i made this gin who knows how i did it

Very nice what did you use for colouring?
Maybe Butterfly Pea Flowers for the blue ?
Palma Violets for the other ?

Yes the butterfly pea and when i added some lemonade it went purple .

Does that colour fix well in gin or fade with time?

Yes it does in time, over a few months.
I put the flowers in the water I am going to dilute with.
Stir and let sit for an hour or so, while you make your
Gin. Then filter into the gin, no bits then

I put 5 butterfly pea flowers in it got them off eBay well impressed.

What about dried powdered Beetroot?

Try some with abit off water see how it turns out.

Satsuma segment sized piece of fresh beetroot dipped in quickly gives a mild pink tinge. Or tsp ribena, but that adds a taste.
