Very nice what did you use for colouring?
Maybe Butterfly Pea Flowers for the blue ?
Palma Violets for the other ?
Rather have a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy

Yes the butterfly pea and when i added some lemonade it went purple .

Does that colour fix well in gin or fade with time?

Yes it does in time, over a few months.
I put the flowers in the water I am going to dilute with.
Stir and let sit for an hour or so, while you make your
Gin. Then filter into the gin, no bits then :)
Rather have a full bottle in front of me

I have just caught me a box of frogs,to save running them over on the road.

It’s a great trick if you’re having people around for a gin evening.....when you add th3 tonic it changes colour ....it’s magic!

Satsuma segment sized piece of fresh beetroot dipped in quickly gives a mild pink tinge. Or tsp ribena, but that adds a taste.
