Christmas pudding spirt?
With Christmas pudding about to get reduced, has anyone ever tried a Christmas pudding inspired spirit?
I've done a Christmas pudding flavoured beer in the past.

Got some 2 year old crimbo pud wine that's still waiting to be fortified and sweetened, but because it's like mixing a bucket of puke and a pain to remove all the fat, I wouldn't bother myself........

There was a trend to make these fruity, fatty buggers into wine.
I didn't bite that time either... I made custard. Also goes well with stale mince pies. Yum

Slice 'em, fry 'em in butter and eat with Bacon and Egg.

I actually like the idea (not being lardier), of frying it in butter. Have you tried it?

As long as the little critter didn't die wastefully, all is good.
Waste nothing, but the squeak.
In fact , capture that, recycle in a novelty card, and respect the whole critter.
