A steady temp is always a good thing.
I used Aldi CF myself this time, so I
think its probably a temp thing.
Take another reading tomorrow and if
there is no difference I would run it
and start again.

The sweetness will not carry over, but you will have less product than hoped for.

Tonight the fermenter has been moved to chill, I'm not holing much hope of sucess but I'm fed up of being messed about, I'll get what I get.
I'm not put off at all, this hot weather has been a bit much so I'll start a new batch straight away but keep it cooler...!

Have you got anywhere cool to let it settle.
rack into another fermenter give it a good
stir leave for a day or two in the cool and
it should clear. If it dont just run it.
