Done molin', and done lambing!
Free to enjoy a cracking Easter lockdown.
Great weather and a veg. garden, I consider myself fortunate..
Feeling sorry for the folk in cities and connurbations.

Nice one Robert, hope the lambing went well and didn't get too intense!! It must be very difficult living in the suburbs now, especially it there are kids needing to be occupied. It's hard enough at the best of times keeping kids happy. I'll never moan again about living 25 miles from anywhere ever again. I can't imagine what some folk must be going through right now my heart goes out to them.

Country living is harder, but times like this make you appreciate it. Cannot imagine the struggle with kids, in a flat, in town.

I think the government should provide us with 2 meter cattle prods to ensure social distancing rules are adhered to. That would be great fun in Aldi

legged it to my local health food store today (which doubles quite nicely as a homebrew shop) as I had quite unexpectedly run out of CO2 for my kegs.

The shop was shut but there was an old guy outside that said the owner would be back in a min. whilst respecting social distancing he was telling me about the gadget the store owner had lent him over Easter - an Airstill and had I heard of it?? I said no, and how was it - he was absolutely bowled over with it and had come back to buy one and some essences.

Made me think how I kinda take for granted what some of us have and what we can do - but seeing the delight in that guys face talking about it took me back many years to my first still and the first time I made neutral...

Made my day, still smiling about it :)

In amongst all this a fire, a glass and some tunes make it all seem better :wine_glass:

Well, Alex Baird Handling consider themselves an essential supplier, they sent me an email to say so last week.
So I had them drop me off my third purchase of milk crates, more bottles than crates is not a good place to be!

There is nothing like the thrill of buying something shiny,
just as our resident Magpie, Mash, he loves all things shiny.
Polished Stainless mate and all mine, delivered today. It is
an awesome machine, I am so pumped full of caffeine, I
won't sleep for a couple of years.
Skint but happy https://www.bellabarista.co.uk/2017-roc ... chine.html

At the other end of the scale. Morrisons expresso beans for a £1 (reduced) are fantastic.

Seriously nice Gaza, does that need a Rok grinder to go with?

BTW my little Gaggia bit the dust after 3 years, bought a pup there. Right brand

I am not the connoisseur that gaza seems to be, but recently had to go two weeks without my fav. ready ground coffee.
It was hard getting out of bed and making coffee.
This morning as my eyes opened, I realised the good coffee was back!
Life has taken an upswing!
Happy Chappie. :)
