I thought I was bad, but I don't start at breakfast!

Be careful Mash. Heat, flame and Alcohol.
I normally do a Doublo, sweeten with demerara ,add spirit
Then float thick cream OTT, like in the curry house.

Oooo. Nice.
Perfectly safe not flames here. Fully inducted.
I did (seriously) wonder if the alcohol would extract different flavours.

Re: Neutral in a mocha pot
Hum? at least someone has pointed out the difficulty of trying this with a gas hob.
Not sure I'll be giving it a try anytime soon, for that very reason.
Though I've got a couple of cafetierres, so perhaps I'll just try microwaving the neutral.........
Oh, and as a little aside, alcohol vapour is mean shit. It make a "fuel air explosive", similar to a gas leak. Which is why, if you were unlucky enough to get one go off, it's not just burns etc, if can demolish buildings (because it's very powerful).........

Really.. 1 cup of neutral! I like the sentiment, but I think "blowing the bleedy doors off" is a bit strong.
But put your fingers in your ears tomoz morning, I will have a go.
