on line....I managed to get my fermentation fridge back online today. It's been 2 years and I wasn't sure if it would fire up ok....but it did so I'm a very happy bunny.
Looking to start a molasses, jaggery wash this coming week.

Jaggery is a block of sugar that I buy from our local Indian market...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaggery
I use it in the rum I make...this time I'm going for a molasses & jaggery and maybe a golden syrup wash....got to work out the weight of sugar in the whole lot as I don't like to go over a SG of around 1.070 to 1.080.
