Still Dragon is this the end.

Look on the home page and they go into detail, but its all about
Brexit and VAT. They can no longer deliver less than 160Euros
worth of goods unless you are VAT registered.
So bye bye Still Dragon was nice to know you, but not our fault.

I did comment on this a couple of days back in my post about looking to buy ferrules (think it's that post).

Maybe they should open a unit in the UK??

Well there is a thought. If they made distilling legal in the Uk.
About the same time they make Cannabis legal, yeh right.
You can't really set a business up selling something that is
illegal to use!
Distilling UK is very much a back room business run from what
I can make out by two semi retired gents as a hobby, or that is
the way Ian explained it to me. So keep it small and make half
of what you sell and you can sail under the radar, a little like us.
The big boys Love Brewing etc Distilling is only a minor part of
their inventory and business so it sort of mellows into the back
ground. And they hand make nothing and most have very poor
knowledge of our craft.
Therefore Ladies and Gentlemen we need to champion
https://distillinguk.uk/
because they are unique from what I can make out. Or are there
any more....
Info please.

That was a typical gaza rant.
But Ice hit it on the head.
Stilldragon will have to join other firms, setting up in the UK, or vice versa, the EU or the UK; and EU and UK Govts. have to finish sorting this final bit of malarky.
Me, I am happy with re-naming fish, Dover sole and King crab, and depriving my continental cousins of these delicaces until they wake up and smell the coffee. :)

I think this will be a short term problem, businesses find a way to sell stuff.

EDIT: I also have some genuine JD staves, plus some others from australian coopers. PM me if you might want to do a deal. I might part with SOME.

There is/are polotichs beween Lloyd, in China and his former partners in the EU, Still Dragon, as they now trade.
I recall another person,another nationality,maybe an
Aus or NZ being involved
I have been watching this feud for years. Although Lloyd, just sucked it up at the start.
I do not have access to enough information to make an informed opinion.
Some one did, or did try, to screw someone for cash over bits of shiney stilling material.
That is as much infomation as I have.
If you possess a moral concsciense, maybe now is the time to switch it on.
