Well, today we have made it. The forum showed up on my Facebook feed!

To be fair the forum has had links posted on Facebook groups for a while.
I know I signpost people here every so often. Usually when someone here has explained something much more succinctly than I could!

Spread the lurve and safety of distilling buddies looking over your shoulder.
It is what we do, because we can.
I cannot state that this was ever this sites intention.
But there is some bad advice/information out there.
And we hope to keep newby distilers safe.
If you ever have a question, no matter how daft or silly, ask it.
Someone here is likley to have a good answer.

Yes, they can be time consuming, and the information is probably already posted on this site, just needs locating and reading.
But I can give up a few minutes of my days to point people in the right direction.

Your advice is sound. We can have different opinions on something without needing to gouge each other livers out with a mash paddle.

I freely hold my hands up to being a little out of control the other night.
I blame the drink.
Mash and I disagree sometimes, and that is fine and healthy.
But,I consider him as a mate.
And we will prolly argue here untiil one of us can't anymore..
But until then, we will put in the time to try and keep this site up and running.
We share a disire to help all illicit distillers stay safe.
We also like to chew the fat about beer and wine making,growing veg.,Just about anything, really.
