Ok, it's pricey and maybe an unusual recipe but I find it quite an interesting thought!
Especially the bit about the level of impact fertilisers etc have.
If we can have electric cars why can't we have pea gin?!

Good link, thank you for taking the time.

Of course, there will be nay sayers.

I try to do my "green bit" , but am battling whole continents like China and India, who simply don't give a shit right now.
And the "civilised world" has a shortage of transporting petroleum products.
And all leading up to a showey COPS conference in Glasgow.
Fecking Irony!
Boris must be cacking himself?
I am expected to severly restrict my life choices, (and pay higher taxes),while half of the world doesn't give a toss?.
Stop the world, I want to get off.

I was sharing mainly because it was in the forums
general home area...

Most any carbohydrate can be used to make neutral... several distilleries use alternative sources and put their sales spin to it.

I saw doughnut whiskey a few years ago. If you had tons of day old doughnuts why not put em to use..

happy stillin

Yup, I'm all for not wasting stuff.
Discovered that I can make a drinkable, if not special wine from the water used to cook beetroot!

I re-cycle my bicycle magazines, does that make me green?
Or am I just going mouldy?
