I might be saying stuff you already know, but I would not use brewuk for any supplies.
It seems that they are having troubles again.
Not fulfilling orders and disappearing.
Not just me, it's on other forums and there evidence on Companies House that all is not good.

Shame if the current economic climate had got another home brew place (my local one went a year or so back, but I suspect that was more pandemic related - he did do mail order but he was more of a high street retail setup).

It looks like this one is down to personal issues. It may yet recover but the feedback isn't good at the moment.
