Ooh it is OK! Phew!

All that happened is the clocks went back! I blame that Chinese dam, it's warping everything.

I am now achieving a slightly higher alcohol yield from my sugar washes, I have introduced a ongoing procedure of more regular degassing of the wash, 3-4 times a day...... I may have read somewhere this is good for the yeast, a happy yeast is a happy wife.

Is Uncle Don still building that high/heavy long fence? Will that effect the Earths rotation and gravity/magnetic fields too?
