Making Your Own Labels

Post by TDick »

I did search first to see if there was an existing thread. Apologies if I missed one.

On another thread

I think it was 9 years ago you made me that cool “Copperhead peach bandy” bottle label. 😃🍑
I did some searching on "another forum"
In 2018 I was still involved in printing and graphic design, so I spent way too much time fooling with labels.

The one for Copperhead's Peach Brandy. I'm an Allman Brothers fan:

And this one goes back to February 2018:

Not sure how accessible Sweet Feed is in other parts of the world.
Back then I was experimenting with Horse Feed - fewer additives - and came up with this using a template on Beerlabelizer.com:

Yes TDick it was the truck with the peach label, how the hell did you find that!

I printed it off and used labels on peach brandy gifts at Christmas…

This may will become one of my favourite topic!

This is my little Gin bar. I haven't counted before 8 different Gins. I am not spoilt but I do need a bigger box.

I'd like your input.
I got on "a thing" about Genever. Not sold in Alabama, I'd never tasted it when I thought I wanted to make some.
Can't even remember what I did, but then while in another state I bought a bottle of Bols Genever. Didn't care for it at all.
But I had created this for an "Old Style" gin - I think this was using beerlabelizer.com as well:

Also, what I used to fool with for hours - at work and with "the hobby", now takes literally minutes.
To Gemini; "can you create a label for a bottle of Lemon flavored Gin. 44% ABV distilled by Welsh Gin, of course with a sexy woman?"

I like them.

I have 'grown' used to over the last 5-6 years to my little cotton/cloth tags.

I recycle bottles. I have never bought any glass, only nova caps.

I really like your cloth tags, very unique and Boutique… Gives your bottle of spirits a very nice presentation as a gift also.

I first saw your cloth tags on bottles reading some thread here but I can’t remember which one.

I think this one would suit a home distilled and crafted
blueberry & honey

Amen!
But I have to gift a bottle to the guy that gifted me the honey.
And he’s in the Men’s Sunday School Class I just recently joined. So it’s probably one of the other two.
